Though this section is intended as an aid for homebrewers wishing to dabble in Belgian style brewing, it should be noted that there are a handful of U.S. breweries that focus on brewing Belgian beer here. They are the New Belgium Brewery in Fort Collins, CO, WIT in NYC, the Celis Brewery of Austin, TX, and Brewery Ommegang in Cooperstown, NY. Unibroue in Canada is certainly worthy of note as well.
